The Pneumatic Anchor Machine manufactured by Aardwolf Industries LLC features pneumatic grinders and a vacuum-powered base. It is used to cut T-slots in the back of vanity tops for the attachment of anchor bolts used in under-counter sink or architectural facing systems. Two separate vacuum zones on the base can be turned on or off, enabling the machine to be used near edges.
Features
- Industrial quick-couplers for both air and water
- Combination port that allows vacuum to be applied with compressed air via the built-in venturi vacuum generator
- The grinders accept any T diamond bit with a 6mm shank
- Water hose with ball valve and quick-coupler can be quickly detached and used to spray work area
- Machine cuts in both push and pull directions
- Alignment indicators on machine base
- Machined, anodized aluminium components
- Moulded rubber vacuum base seal
What our Experts Think
- Heavy-duty industrial waste handling solution, the Aardwolf WB1000G Waste Bin is designed for collecting, transporting, and tipping bulk waste in stone fabrication shops, workshops, and construction environments.
- Robust 3 mm steel construction with reinforced base ensures long service life even under continuous heavy industrial use and high load conditions.
- High working load capacity of up to 1,500 kg, making it suitable for stone offcuts, rubble, packaging waste, and general workshop debris.
- Forklift-operated tipping system with rope release mechanism allows safe unloading directly from the driver’s seat, improving efficiency and reducing manual handling risks.
- Shock-absorbing discharge design helps reduce impact forces on both the forklift and bin during emptying, increasing equipment lifespan and operator safety.
- Corrosion-resistant galvanised finish makes it suitable for demanding indoor and outdoor environments, including wet or abrasive working conditions.
- Optional mobility and drainage features (wheels, drain cock, and filter options) improve usability across different workshop setups and waste types.
Q&A
Q: What is the Aardwolf Waste Bin 1000G (WB1000G) used for?
A: The WB1000G is a heavy-duty galvanized waste bin designed for collecting, transporting, and safely dumping industrial, construction, stone fabrication, and workshop waste using a forklift.
Q: What is the load capacity of the WB1000G?
A: The bin has a working load limit of 1,500 kg (3,307 lb), making it suitable for handling heavy waste materials and debris.
Q: How does the dumping mechanism work?
A: The release mechanism is activated by the forklift operator using a draw rope from the driver's seat, allowing safe and efficient emptying without leaving the forklift.
Q: What materials is the WB1000G constructed from?
A: It is manufactured from 3 mm heavy-duty steel plate with a reinforced base and a galvanized finish for durability and corrosion resistance.
Q: What safety features are included?
A: The WB1000G incorporates a custom shock absorber that reduces impact forces on the forklift during emptying, helping improve safety and equipment longevity.
Q: What is the capacity of the waste bin?
A: The bin provides approximately 1.06 m³ (37 ft³) of waste storage capacity for efficient collection and disposal operations.
Q: Are optional accessories available?
A: Yes. Optional features include wheels, air shocks, and a drain cock with strainer for enhanced functionality and site-specific requirements.
Q: What are the key benefits of the WB1000G?
A: The WB1000G improves waste-handling efficiency, reduces manual labor, provides controlled dumping, and offers long-term durability in demanding industrial environments.
Maintenance Tips
- Inspect the bin body, frame, and welds regularly for cracks, dents, or structural damage.
- Check fork pockets, lifting points, and handling areas for wear, deformation, or corrosion.
- Keep the bin clean and free from accumulated slurry, stone debris, and waste buildup.
- Inspect hinges, discharge mechanisms, and locking components for smooth operation and secure engagement.
- Lubricate hinges, pivot points, and moving parts periodically with light machine oil.
- Verify all bolts, pins, and fasteners are tight and in good condition.
- Never exceed the rated 1000 kg load capacity and distribute waste evenly within the bin.
- Check for signs of rust, especially in high-wear areas, and address corrosion promptly.
- Store in a dry area when not in use to extend service life and maintain structural integrity.
- Remove from service immediately if structural damage, latch failure, or instability is detected.
