Daily clean & dry: Wash both sink basins and the drainboard with mild detergent and warm water; always dry thoroughly to prevent water spots and mineral buildup.
Sanitize routinely: Apply a food‑safe sanitizer after heavy use to maintain hygiene and compliance with health standards.
Wipe with the grain: Clean stainless steel following the grain using soft cloths to preserve finish and minimize streaks.
Avoid abrasive tools: Do not use steel wool, wire brushes, or harsh chemicals that can scratch or corrode the stainless surface.
Clear drains: Clean strainers daily and flush drains with hot water to prevent clogs and odors.
Check fittings: Regularly inspect faucets, seals, and connections; tighten or replace worn parts to prevent leaks.
Prompt spill care: Wipe up standing water and spills immediately, especially on the drainboard, to reduce corrosion risk.
